These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Xtreme Family Hub (the "Hub"), operated by Dougherty County Xtreme Youth Athletics ("DCX," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Hub, you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account on behalf of a minor athlete, you accept these terms on their behalf as well.
The Hub is for DCX families, athletes, coaches, and authorized staff. Parents or guardians must create and manage accounts for athletes under 18. You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify DCX immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account has been misused or that information provided was false.
You agree to use the Hub only for its intended purpose — coordinating DCX youth athletics. You will not:
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as messages, photos, videos, and documents. By uploading, you grant DCX a limited license to display and use that content within the Hub for program operations (for example, showing approved gallery media to members or sharing a schedule with a team). You confirm you have the rights to any media you upload, including consent for any identifiable individuals depicted, especially minors.
Gallery submissions are held for administrator review before they are shown to other members. DCX may decline to approve or may remove any content that violates these terms or that it determines is inappropriate, at its discretion.
Registration fees are set per sport and season. When you submit a registration, you agree to pay the applicable fee. Payments are processed by our payment provider; card data is handled by the processor, not stored in the Hub. Financial-aid options such as voucher requests and Every Kid Sports grants are subject to separate eligibility and approval processes. Refund and cancellation policies are determined by DCX program rules.
Emergency alerts are sent by authorized staff for safety and operational reasons. The Hub relies on the information you provide (such as contact details) to deliver these alerts and is not a guaranteed emergency-notification system. Always follow direct guidance from DCX staff and official channels in an actual emergency.
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Hub is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep schedules, rosters, and alerts accurate and timely, we do not guarantee the Hub will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information will always be current. To the extent permitted by law, DCX disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the Hub.
To the extent permitted by law, DCX and its volunteers and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Hub. Our total liability for any claim related to the Hub is limited to the registration fees you paid in the relevant season.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and notify members through the Hub when material changes occur. Continued use after changes takes effect as acceptance of the updated Terms.
